Critiques
Very charged in emotions.
Contrast is seizing, brutal. There are almost no gray, just black and white.
The characters are just shadows.
The way of reading is in diagonal of bottom on the left to the top on the right, towards the light.
This naturally gives an optimistic reading for the "occidental" spectator (towards the right = towards the future)
The movement of the characters start from the blackest towards a plugging light almost aggressive.
Is the future incertaint? In any case it is alarming. It is undoubtedly the reason for which the woman holds the two childrens by the hand.
With regard to, I find that the dark bottom side is too present. I would have cut part of the bottom.
The photograph appears a little leaning to the right side.
In any case a splendid photo.
